How do I track my order?

  • The quickest way would be to hire a private detective. If budgets are a constraint however, here’s what goes on behind the scenes after you’ve placed your order:

  • Two emails will be sent to the email address you provide to us when you place your order. The first, immediately after you place the order to confirm your payment. The second email will be sent when the order is dispatched from our side.  We will give you the complete details of the courier service that will deliver your product; you can then use those details to track your order.

Where does TBS-The Boxer Store ship its products?

  • As of now we will be able to send our products to you anywhere in India.

Can I place an order for international delivery?

  • To place an order for international delivery drop us an email on and we will get in touch with our superawesome ninjas across the world and see what we can do to get some TBS Boxers out to you.

Can an order be placed for COD (cash on delivery)?

  • We can send products on COD basis to Delhi , Noida , Gurgaon , Faridabad , Mumbai , Bangalore , Hyderabad , Chennai , Pune , Kolkata. Only because we trust you (and because we have the aforementioned Super Ninjas looking out for us)

How are the shipping rates calculated?

  • For your convenience, we have simplified our rates to only one rate per boxer for all of India. Excluding north east and Kerala region. Our current shipping rates are loaded in our shopping cart. The prices depend on order total and are reflected in the shopping cart as you add an item to the cart.

What states are included in north east and Kerala region?

  • North east and Kerala states include Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Orissa and Kerala, Andaman and Nicobar islands. Rates are different for north east and Kerala as per the specifications of the courier company.

What happens if my order gets lost in the post?

  • Track your order as above. If your delivery hasn’t arrived 15 days after ordering, please contact us. If you fail to do so, we may not be able to refund your money. 

What if my product is damaged or defective?

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please refuse delivery and contact us as soon as possible, we will make every effort to replace your product. For more information on our refund policy, please see our refund policy page. 

What if i need to get the size changed?

  • If you have ordered the wrong size please make arrangements to send the product back to us within 15 days and we will send you the right size. (Subject to availability). It is recommended to send details of an alternative style along with the product, in case the size is not available. Refund is not possible in size changes. 

How can I find out about new and exciting products?

  • We update our “Trending” section regularly on our home page with new arrivals. Keep visiting our website for regular updates on products and promotions, or simply subscribe to our newsletter. 

How do I know if a product is out of stock?

  • Products that are available will be visible along with its sizes on the product’s page. Sizes not showing on the website are out of stock.  

How can I place an order for products that are out of stock?

  • If you want to order a product that's out of stock drop us an email at  and we will inform you if and when we will be getting more stock of that product.   

Can I Return Or Exchange Sale Products ?

  • No you cannot Return or Exchange sale products .

Is it safe to enter my payment details online?

  • We take security seriously. Your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. No details relating to your payment method is stored on our website. We are using a highly reputed payment gateway to process your payment effectively and efficiently.

Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Since we use an online inventory system, changing or cancelling your order becomes very difficult. However, you can change your order within 2 days of your purchase. You must contact us directly to change your order.  If you wish to cancel your order you must contact us within 2 days of your purchase as well.  Contact us on

  • Point to be noted: If we have already shipped your order, we cannot cancel or change your order.
